Mahi Mahi Dolphin Fish

This fish was caught in 75 feet of water Northeast of the Sebastian Inlet.   Seas weren't smooth like Wednesday but only about 2 feet.   There was a really nice 10 knot breeze all day but the sun was brutal!   Just like Wednesay's trip, we trolled Menhaden stips on a downrigger.   Alicia and Troy were able to catch King Mackeral, Cobia, Atlantic Sharpnosed Sharks, Barracuda and this nice Dolphin.   After the trip, they took it to Capt Hiram's and had them cook it up three different ways: blackened, grilled and deep fried.   YUM!
